AGM’s confidentiality and privacy policy sets out the framework that governs the handling of client information in a manner that is consistent with the legal professional rules, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles of 12 March 2014, and the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1988 (NSW)..

AGM shall collect, update, securely store, and use clients’ personal details and confidential information provided by the clients for the sole purpose of completing the matters under instructions from clients. AGM shall exercise utmost duty of care to protect the private and confidential information relating to its clients and their matters under instructions, and will only disclose such information if AGM is authorised by the clients or if AGM is required by law to provide the information. AGM shall exercise due care in the use of cloud computing and internet technologies to ensure clients’ private and confidential information is secured.
